 Our hybrid breed, the American Blue-Simmental, has been carefully developed to optimize temperament, gestation length, and muscle development, resulting in the healthiest, most flavorful beef on the market. By prioritizing the legendary calm temperament of American Blue Cattle, we’ve created an environment where relaxed, happy animals thrive.

Using nutrient-dense sorghum Sudan grass and a proprietary blend of legumes, we’ve crafted a superior forage system that redefines "grass-fed beef."
