Ingredients

Beef

  • 1½ lbs Credence Farms flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Vegetables

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

Noodles

  • 12 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti

Sauce

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup beef broth

Directions

1. Prepare the Beef

  • Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  • Toss with cornstarch and black pepper.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes.

2. Cook the Noodles

  • Boil noodles until just tender.
  • Drain and reserve.

3. Sear the Beef

  • Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Add oil and cook beef in batches for 2–3 minutes until browned.
  • Remove and set aside.

4. Cook the Vegetables

  • Add onions, peppers, carrots, garlic, and ginger.
  • Stir fry for 3–4 minutes.

5. Build the Sauce

  • Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth.
  • Pour into wok and bring to a simmer.

6. Finish

  • Return beef to the wok.
  • Add noodles and toss until coated.
  • Cook 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.

7. Garnish

  • Top with green onions and fresh cilantro if desired.
