Grilled Ribeye with Garlic Herb Butter

A simple steakhouse-style recipe for summer grilling. High heat, good salt, real butter, and premium Credence Farms beef.

Ingredients

  • Credence Farms Ribeyes
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • Avocado oil or beef tallow
  • Softened butter
  • Garlic, parsley, and rosemary
  • Flaky salt for finishing

Directions

  1. Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30–45 minutes before grilling.
  2. Pat dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and rosemary.
  4. Preheat grill to 450–500°F.
  5. Grill steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium rare.
  6. Rest 8–10 minutes.
  7. Top with garlic herb butter and finish with flaky salt.
