Simple Recipe

Ribeye with Garlic Herb Butter

A simple, steakhouse-style ribeye recipe built for Father’s Day grilling. High heat, good salt, real butter, and premium beef are all you need.

Ingredients

4 Credence Farms Ribeyes
2 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp avocado oil or beef tallow
4 tbsp softened butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp lemon zest, optional
Flaky salt for finishing

Steps

Remove ribeyes from the refrigerator 30–45 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towels.
Season generously with sea salt and cracked black pepper on both sides.
Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, rosemary, and lemon zest. Set aside.
Preheat grill to high heat, around 450–500°F.
Lightly coat steaks with avocado oil or beef tallow.
Grill ribeyes for 4–5 minutes per side for medium rare, depending on thickness.
Move steaks to indirect heat if needed until they reach 125–130°F internal temperature.
Rest for 8–10 minutes.

Top each steak with garlic herb butter and finish with flaky salt.

Serve with grilled vegetables, potatoes, or a simple summer salad.
