Ingredients:

For the Pork Chops:

  • 4 Credence Farms pasture-raised pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter or olive oil
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 2 tbsp organic soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Rice & Vegetables:

  • 1 cup organic jasmine or basmati rice
  • 2 cups Credence Farms bone broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup organic mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rice: In a pot, bring the bone broth or vegetable broth to a boil. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit. Fluff with a fork before serving.

  2. Sear the Pork Chops: Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season Credence Farms pork chops with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

  3. Make the Honey Glaze: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the pork chops, reducing heat to medium. Cook for 3-5 minutes, spooning the glaze over the chops until thickened. Remove from heat and let rest.

  4. Sauté the Vegetables: In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, and asparagus, cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Serve: Plate the rice, top with honey-glazed pork chops, and add sautéed asparagus and mushrooms on the side. Drizzle any extra glaze over the chops.
