Nutrient Rich Chicken Meatballs
-3/4 cup breadcrumbs
-1/4 cup oat milk
-bulb of garlic
-2 lemons
-1 large egg beaten
-1 lb ground chicken
-1/2 lb ground sausage
-dried oregano, parsley, basil
-ground thyme
-salt and pepper
Mix breadcrumbs and milk together to soak for 10 minutes. Then mix in everything else. Sear then bake at 375 for 20 minutes
