Garlic Herb Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2 Credence Farms boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Season: Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Butter & Herbs: Reduce heat to medium, add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Spoon the melted butter over the chops for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Rest & Serve: Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
