Credence Farms Steak & Beef Meal Plan

This recipe highlights the premium beef selection from Credence Farms, creating a delicious, nutrient-dense meal plan featuring steaks, ground beef, and beef sticks.

1. Garlic Herb Ribeye Steak (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 2x16oz Ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Let the ribeyes sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add olive oil.
  3. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs. Baste steaks for 1–2 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2x8oz Sirloin steaks
  • 2x8oz NY Strip steaks

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • 1 lb (16 oz) Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
