Credence Farms Steak & Beef Meal Plan
This recipe highlights the premium beef selection from Credence Farms, creating a delicious, nutrient-dense meal plan featuring steaks, ground beef, and beef sticks.
1. Garlic Herb Ribeye Steak (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 2x16oz Ribeye steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Let the ribeyes sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add olive oil.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs. Baste steaks for 1–2 minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
- 2x8oz Sirloin steaks
- 2x8oz NY Strip steaks
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Blend parsley, garlic, red pepper, vinegar, and olive oil for chimichurri.
