Garlic Herb Butter Sirloin Steak
Featuring Credence Farms Grass-Fed Sirloin
Ingredients:
- 2 Credence Farms grass-fed sirloin steaks
- 2 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Steak:
- Remove the sirloin steaks from the fridge and let them rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Sear the Steak:
- Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy pan over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil, then place the steaks in the hot pan.
- Sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness).

Add Garlic Butter:
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter, garlic, and rosemary/thyme to the pan.
- Spoon the melted butter over the steaks for 1-2 minutes to infuse flavor.

Rest & Serve:
- Remove steaks from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a nutrient-dense, farm-to-table meal.
