Garlic Lime Marinated Skirt Steak
Featuring Credence Farms Grass-Fed Skirt Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Credence Farms grass-fed skirt steak
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder (optional for heat)
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Marinate the Steak:
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.
- Place the skirt steak in a shallow dish or ziplock bag, pour the marinade over it, and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).

Cook the Steak:
- Remove the steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
- Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.
- Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or adjust for desired doneness.

- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain into thin strips.
