Simple Recipe

Steak Feast with Smash Burgers

A full Father’s Day grill feast using the best of the box: Ribeyes and NY Strips for a premium steak dinner, plus Ground Beef for smash burgers, sliders, or easy cookout sides.

Ingredients

2 Credence Farms Ribeyes
2 Credence Farms NY Strips
1–2 lb Credence Farms Ground Beef
Sea salt
Cracked black pepper
1 tbsp avocado oil or beef tallow
Burger buns or slider buns
Cheddar or American cheese
Thinly sliced onion
Pickles
Butter or beef tallow for the griddle

Garlic Herb Butter:
6 tbsp softened butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp lemon zest, optional
Pinch of sea salt

Steps

1. Remove Ribeyes and NY Strips from the refrigerator 30–45 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towels.

2. Season steaks generously on both sides with sea salt and cracked black pepper.

3. Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, rosemary, lemon zest, and a pinch of sea salt. Set aside.

4. Preheat grill to high heat, around 450–500°F.

5. Grill steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium rare, depending on thickness.

6. Move steaks to indirect heat if needed until they reach 125–130°F internal temperature.

7. Rest steaks for 8–10 minutes before slicing.

8. While steaks rest, divide Ground Beef into loose 3–4 oz balls.

9. Heat a cast iron pan or flat top griddle over medium-high heat with beef tallow or butter.

10. Place beef balls on the hot surface and smash thin. Season with salt and pepper.

11. Cook 2–3 minutes until crispy at the edges, then flip, add cheese, and cook another 1–2 minutes.

12. Serve sliced Ribeyes and NY Strips with garlic herb butter alongside smash burgers for a full Father’s Day feast.
