Ingredients:

  • Credence Farms pork chops
  • Salt & pepper
  • Flour (light dusting)
  • Paprika
  • Mustard powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Season pork chops generously with salt, pepper, a light dusting of flour, paprika, mustard powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Sear chops in a hot pan for 3 minutes on one side. Flip, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove chops from the pan and let rest, tented with foil.
  4. Deglaze the pan with:
    1. 1 cup chicken stock
    2. 1 tablespoon honey
    3. ¼ cup brown sugar
    4. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    5. 2 tablespoons butter
  5. Let the sauce simmer and reduce by half. Slice the pork chops and return them to the pan to soak in the sauce. Serve warm.

Simple Sweet Corn Salad
Fresh and easy with a tangy twist

Ingredients:

  • 3 ears of corn, chopped or kernels removed
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ½ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lightly sauté or steam corn until tender.
  2. Toss with melted butter, feta, salt, and pepper. Serve warm or chilled.

Crispy Air-Fried Potatoes with Lemon-Dill Butter

Instructions:

  • Air-fry whole potatoes at 400°F for 40 minutes until crispy outside and fluffy inside.
  • In a bowl, mix:
    • ½ cup fresh dill
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • ½ cup melted butter
    • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Slice open hot potatoes and drizzle with the lemon-dill butter. Serve immediately.
