Grilling Recipe for the Perfect Tomahawk A5 Ribeye:

Ingredients:
- 1 Tomahawk A5 Ribeye (2-3 lbs)
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:

1. Preparation: Remove the ribeye from the fridge about 1 hour before cooking to bring it to room temperature. Pat it dry with paper towels and season generously with sea salt and black pepper on all sides.

2. Preheat the Grill: Set up your grill for two-zone cooking, with one side at high heat (450°F) for searing and the other side at medium-low heat (250-300°F) for indirect cooking. 

3. Sear the Ribeye: Rub the steak with olive oil and place it on the hot side of the grill. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until a rich, golden crust forms.

4. Indirect Cooking: Move the steak to the cooler side of the grill. Add the rosemary and garlic on top, close the lid, and cook for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium-rare.

5. Butter Basting: When the steak is almost ready, melt the butter in a pan over the grill or stovetop. Spoon the melted butter over the ribeye to enhance the flavor and give it a luxurious finish.

6. Rest & Serve: Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes. Carve it at the bone and serve with your favorite sides.
